Owners Testimonial Of The Above Home: Feel free to use below for your purposes. In May of 2008, the over 100 year old farm house was struck by lightening and burned. Destroyed beyond repair, it was torn down. In early July, I contacted Wayne after having viewed his well organized and informed web site. We met and discussed plans available on his web site. After several conversations, Wayne and I settled on a plan. The afternoon we met to sign the contracts, Wayne and his crew drove with us to the site and stakes were driven. It was a great start. On July 28th 2008, Wayne began construction of the new farm house. Like and project, there were high points and low points. Wayne was professional and personal in his manner of handling both and the process went smoothly. Thanks to a good line of communication, and a little good luck with weather, the keys were handed to us on October 28th 2008. We have fond memories of the old house, yet look forward to generations making there memories in this one. Thanks Wayne, |
